  • Born and brought up in Denmark, with freedom but also high responsibility

  • Educated in Denmark within Management and Manufacturing, specialising accordingly in Organisational development, Lean, Leadership, Change Management and Cultural management

  • Lived and worked, and started up a Danish Way business for 7 years in Ukraine, as well as working with danish companies also in other central- and eastern Europe countries.

  • Large experience in strengthning management, organizations, processes and results - using the danish way involving approach, but with high knowledge, understanding and awareness about the local culture and country.
